We are currently recruiting in three main areas:

  • The Group’s IT services business is currently looking for skilled people in the following areas: business intelligence systems, IT security, telecoms, object-oriented development (Java, J2EE), SAP, Oracle, Microsoft systems (Linux, Unix)…
  • Our server division wants to recruit HPC specialists, performance evaluation experts and Linux-qualified staff for its Open Source centre
  • Finally, we want to strengthen our sales team with experienced sales staff and technical sales specialists.

If you are chosen for interview, our recruitment advisor and executive teams will then follow our standard recruitment procedure, outlined below.

 Interviews
In our interviews we aim to see how well Bull’s needs and your career aspirations match each other. Initially you will be interviewed by one of our recruitment consultants, to get to know you and your career aims.
Following this, you may be interviewed by members of our management team. This time we will be concentrating on your technical skills and levels of expertise.
You will also get the chance to find out more about the team and the job on offer. (You may have between one and three second-stage interviews, depending on the seniority of the post.)

Our induction and integration process typically includes:

  • Interviews to check how you are settling in to Bull
  • Opportunities to share experiences and know-how, a key Bull value
  • Regular performance monitoring, clear objectives and proactive planning in the context of your Performance and Development Review
  • Formal and informal networking opportunities.

Two importans steps are:

  • Welcome day for all new staff, including Bull’s strategy,an overview of our business activities (products and services) and product ranges
  • Annual review, where we work with you to review past objectives, set new ones and plan your future training and development aims
