The Lelystad city chooses Bull to improve its public services

Founded in 1967, the city of Lelystad is a young town in Flevoland with 71,250 inhabitants. The population is expected to reach 80 to100,000 inhabitants in the next 10 to 15 years.

To provide on-line public services, Lelystad issued a call for tender, and Bull was selected to implement the eMAXX MidOffice solution, standardizing the local administration processes, while fulfilling the State regulation directives. With this new environment, the city will be able to implement up to 200 processes. The implementation started in October, enabling citizens to get birth certificates through the city's Web site. The city has asked Bull to implement the service which allows citizens to view the status of building requests on-line. This information will only be available for the person who made the request.
