RATP, rolling along with Bull Evidian OpenMaster

As part of its initiative to develop the highest quality relations with passengers, RATP – the Paris transport authority – has chosen OpenMaster, Evidian’s intelligent service quality management solution for enterprise information systems.

With OpenMaster, RATP can deploy a solution to control all its business processes related to users of urban public transport in the Ile-de-France region, in real time.
Following an open tender, RATP chose OpenMaster because of the added value it offered, particularly in terms of flexibility and performance, overall cost of ownership and the timescale needed to implement the solution.
With OpenMaster, RATP aims to ensure that both its IT infrastructures and the applications running its toll-booths and controlling access to stations operate at the highest levels of quality. The latest version (7.0) of Evidian OpenMaster gives RATP the capacity for total coverage of all its business applications in the areas of sales, access control, hosted services and all its IT resources, including systems, databases, network components and J2EE software infrastructures.
