Reaping the benefits of transformation
2007 was a year of solid performance for Bull. Our profitability increased by 27% compared with 2006, higher than the targets we set ourselves and above market expectations. Three salient facts characterized 2007 for Bull: the spectacular way in which our High-Performance Computing strategy took off; confirmation of the dynamic growth of our Services business for the second successive year; and the historic recovery of our Maintenance business, which grew for the first time in many years. Finally, we recruited over 1,000 new employees – so now, one in three of our people has been with the company for less than three years.
