Bull integrates Oblicore Guarantee into its SLM/SLA solutions for Telcos

Bull and Oblicore, the leading provider of ITIL based Service Level Management software, have signed a partnership agreement to provide joint Bull services and Oblicore solutions to the Telecommunications market.

Bull has a proven know-how in building solutions offering systems and network management, SLM, SLA and SQM for fixed and mobile operators worldwide. This partnership agreement extends the opportunity for Bull to provide a large range of competitive solutions to the Telco market. Under the new partnership agreement, Oblicore and Bull plan to develop business worldwide, taking advantage of Bull’s implementation in more than 60 countries.

Bull to integrate Cameleon Commerce Suite as part of an international partnership

Bull and Access Commerce have signed an international trading partnership under which Bull will integrate Access Commerce’s Cameleon Commerce Suite. This offering is available to medium and large companies in the industrial sector, as well as the distribution and service sectors in which the software suite already enjoys significant success.

Improved client satisfaction
By applying their respective areas of expertise, Bull and Access Commerce now make it possible for companies with complex offerings to improve sales productivity and efficiency through shorter quote preparation times, improved price reliability and fewer order errors.

The software suite includes a powerful configurator, the Cameleon eConfigurator, which guides users when selecting options and alternatives, and when calculating the price of products and services for quotes or orders. Cameleon eConfigurator received a positive rating in the most recent report on sales configuration issued by a major US analyst.
