Bull to deliver expertise and to distribute Oblicore Service Level Management Products in complete SLM/SLA solutions
Bull today announces the finalization of a strategic channel partner relationship with Oblicore, the leading provider of ITIL-based Service Level Management (SLM) Solutions. Building on an existing partnership for systems integration of SLM solutions for Telcos worldwide, the new arrangement makes Bull a strategic distribution partner with Oblicore for Service Level Management. Bull will be able to propose solutions based on Oblicore’s flagship product, Oblicore Guarantee™, to all large customers in France while expanding its SLM/SLA solutions for the telecommunications industry worldwide.
