The e-biscus™ software suite reflects Bull’s expertise gained through partnership with more than 28 customs and taxation authorities worldwide, including those in 14 European Union (EU) member states.
e-biscus is designed to facilitate legitimate trade, foster compliance and improve communication with the trade community through on-line services. It tracks consignments and ensures the accurate discharge of declarations. The risk is assessed, the duty payable calculated, and non-tariff measures enforced in real-time for a fast and secure release of goods.

To make it easier for customs authorities to keep procedures, business rules, customs regimes and declaration forms up to date, e-biscus is built with FlexStudio™, a unique technology created to define and run workflows and forms and to express business rules.

The design of e-biscus helps customs authorities in their policy of offering e-Customs services and to set up a ‘paperless’ organization.
e-biscus complies with the World Customs Organization (WCO) guidelines, such as the revised Kyoto Convention and the SAFE Framework of Standards, as well as with the EU regulations.
