Bull Tax Competence Centre

The Bull Tax Competence Centre specialises in Tax related Systems Integration projects and offers all the disciplines associated with a project of this nature.
Resources employed are all well qualified, experienced and skilled at the various disciplines within such a tax project so as to ensure a successful implementation.
In addition to the skill level of both employees and sub-contractors, Group Bull prescribes a rigorous methodology for project management and systems integration projects – MOSIC (Management of Systems Integration Contracts), which describes all the disciplines of project management. This tight control and pre-defined implementation approach, bodes well for any project, as quality is greatly enhanced and risk substantially reduced.

Quality management

Quality management is an integral part of the MOSIC methodology. Bull Commitment Reviews (BCR), whereby Bull will ensure quality and mitigation of risk by external evaluation of the project further enhances quality and identifies areas of risk well in advance of them impacting on the project.

Systems integration

One of the cornerstones of any systems integration project is the interfacing with the client, and in particular when it comes to acceptance testing and the creation of test data for acceptance testing purposes. We, at Bull believe in a process approach with systems integration i.e. the developers of the system will also be involved the acceptance testing and support, training, installation and maintenance services.
