Bull cooperates with the Registrar of the Paris Commercial Court to deliver on-line services.

The Registrars of the Paris Commercial Court (le Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce de Paris), pioneers in on-line delivery of business processes, have chosen Bull to implement a comprehensive electronic certification solution, as part of its drive to conform to new recommendations for harmonizing the use of digital certificates in the French public sector (called PRIS, or Politique de Référencement Intersectorielle de Sécurité).
This solution will provide the 315,000 entrepreneurs in Paris with a public key infrastructure (PKI) enabling them to make official submissions on-line and access public sector applications and will also equip the 15,000 veterinary surgeons who are members of the French National Council of Veterinary Surgeons , the CSOV.

Any dysfunction in the system could have direct repercussions on the life of a business. Our partnership with Bull has enabled us to implement a useful tool for delivering digital certificates in a totally secure way," explains the Registrar of the Commercial Court.
The recently signed five-year contract reaffirms Bull's outsourcing strategy which includes offering integration, operational services and application support in a highly secure, high-tech environment.

Implementing the MetaPKI public key management infrastructure, including migrating the existing solution to MetaPKI and then ensuring that the whole system evolves towards the new PRIS V2 infrastructure required by the certification authorities

Hosting the MetaPKI solution and the dedicated certification portal at Bull's production outsourcing center, to provide guaranteed 24/7 continuous service

About the Registrar of the Paris Commercial Court (Le Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce de Paris)
Le Greffe du Tribunal de Commerce de Paris is a professional non-trading company with 247 staff directed by four Associate Registrars who are also public and ministerial officials, nominated by the French Minister of Justice. It has a dual function, both legal and judicial: as the structure responsible for assisting the Commercial Court's President and its Judges, the registrar administers all company registers, and notably the Register of Commerce and Companies. The registrar gained ISO-certification in July 2004, and certification was renewed in May 2006.
