Today's information systems require a high degree of flexibility: something that Bull provides through the flexible outsourcing services that it designs and delivers. At every stage you can work with Bull to put together a customized solution that is perfectly suited to your needs, while taking full advantage of Bull's shared, industrial-scale structure.

IT governance: a partnership-based approach to outsourcing

Bull establishes the conditions for dynamic and proactive service delivery, by taking a truly partnership-based approach to transferring responsibilities, ensuring regular communications as part of its contractual commitment and providing shared reporting and monitoring tools. Clear commitments to service levels, coupled with a billing regime based on 'units of work' ensures that rigorous and transparent contractual arrangements are effectively combined with the essential flexibility to respond in a highly proactive and appropriate way to new requirements or exceptional situations as they emerge. Transparency is the key to the relationships between Bull and its customers. This depends on the use of control and management tools at all levels: operational, tactical and strategic. So that far from locking organizations in to standardized contracts, Bull's flexible approach to outsourcing involves establishing customized and pragmatic legal, technical and financial frameworks that create the real conditions in which IT Departments can achieve controlled, sustainable progress.
