Paperless Processing

Optimize your business processes.
For too long, paperless electronic services has been reduced to scanning paper. Reinvent 100% digital processes to optimize and control your information streams.

Relying on its powerful European services centers, Bull has tied close partnerships with the main publishers in the field.

Alphinat publishes the SmartGuide™ software suite, which facilitates interactions between an organization and its customers, employees and partners.
Applications designed using the SmartGuide™ suite enable businesses and governments to serve their customers and citizens more effectively at a minimal cost and in very tight timescales.
Alphinat has chosen Bull as its partner, to market and integrate the Alphinat SmartGuide™ software suite. The partnership is a natural extension of the collaboration between the two companies following the successful implementation of the MDEL (Mes Démarches En Ligne or My On-line Procedures) project which forms part of the www.mon.service-public.fr public services portal for the French State Modernization Agency, the SGMAP.

Bull offers a range of services including expertise, support and developments using this product from its center of expertise in Grenoble.
Bull has integrated SmartGuide™ into its process computerization solution and the Group offers its customers total digital delivery of on-line interactions, procedures and services using SmartGuide™, thanks to a generic, easily reproduced mechanism for designing, formalizing and uploading forms, dialogues, commands, contracts, etc and tracking activity end to end.

World-renowned customers including the French government, the Government of Quebec, Computer Associates, McDonald’s Canada and Molson use Alphinat solutions.

By way of example, Alphinat has developed an innovative e-government solution that is totally focused on citizens’ and businesses’ needs. Alphinat solutions have been recognized as ‘Internet best practice’ by the OECD.
