The main topic of the day, was the financial organizations and companies return to activity, specially in small business which was done in good conditions. We've received less calls than during an usual monday. A sample of small business' calls, following a consolidation as of january 3rd Europe & US, showed a situation without problems. ----

Le sujet de la journée du 3 était, la rentrée des organismes financiers et des entreprises, en particulier celle des P.M.E qui s'est effectuée dans de bonnes conditions. Nous avons reçu moins d'appels qu'un lundi habituel. Un échantillonnage des appels de P.M.E, à l'issue d'une consolidation Europe &US, montre une situation exempte de problèmes.
