Les quelques incidents survenus ont, dans leur quasi totalité, été traités en utilisant les mises à niveau préconisées par Bull. Pour ceux qui n’ont pu l’être, des solutions de contournement ont déjà été apportées et l’étude de solutions définitives continue. A ce stade, nos clients sont désormais rassurés sur l'efficacité des différents aménagements de leurs infrastructures que le passage an 2000 avait nécessité, souvent en anticipation d’évolutions planifiées. Cependant, Bull reste vigilant et maintient un dispositif de veille An 2000 tout en l’assouplissant à partir du Vendredi 7 janvier 2000. Paris, Bull Y2K Crisis Management Team: (January 6th, 2000 at 04:00pm) Where do we stand after the first 6 full days in Year 2000 ? Our contacts with our customers do confirm the good status of the Bull basic infrastructure products, both hardware and software . The few incidents which we have experienced have been, for almost all of them, overcome by using the changes recommended by Bull. For those where this was not possible, a temporary get around solution has been installed, and the final solution is currently under study. At this stage,our customers are now confident as regard the efficiency of the changes that the Year 2000 transition had necessitated in their infrastructure,changes which were, in most cases, already planned. Still Bull stays vigilant and keeps operational its watching crisis teams and process, a bit lighter from Friday January 7th,2000. This is the last Flash: any important technical information will be published on our Year 2000 Web, using the "Hot News" section.
