February 29, 2000.
- No product update during this period of time unless :

- To automatically update the current GCOS 8 base :
- Delivery in June 1999 of a personalized GCOS 8 update to each customer including only
the products (STIs) that have changed since the previous delivery.
For more detailed information, please see the list of
Year 2000-ready STI's included in GCOS 8 software release SR4500.3 (revision 1).
Recommendation to customers
All GCOS 8 customers should ensured that, at least all the mandatory updated products
are installed as soon as possible. If necessary, Bull can provide installation services.
Actively sold and supported. See the compliance catalog for Year 2000 readiness of
earlier versions of component products.
Current tests aim to identify residual problems in component products and indicate the
version which provides full Year 2000 readiness. Their results will be posted as updates
to the compliance catalog.
Your usual Bull representative will be pleased to discuss the different Year 2000
related services available, including the provision of a compliance testing environment.
The GCOS 8 Year 2000 compliance catalog is organized by software functional grouping
