SearchWay / Mistral is an advanced information retrieval system available on UNIX platforms and on Bull's GCOS 7 and GCOS 8 enterprise systems families.

Life cycle status

Actively sold and supported. See the compliance catalog for Year 2000 readiness of earlier versions.

Testing status

Current tests aim to identify residual problems in component products and indicate the version which provides full Year 2000 readiness. Their results will be posted as updates to the compliance catalog.

On GCOS, we expect testing to be completed by 1Q99.
