C1000 consolidates IT Infrastructure on Bull novascale bullion

Supermarket-giant C1000 migrates its complete Windows infrastructure to four Bull bullion servers. C1000 will realize a consolidation of their already virtualized server farm from fifty physical servers to four physical servers, whilst retaining full performance and redundancy functionalities, and thus realizing significant reduction on energy consumption.

Non-stop e-commerce service delivery at Wehkamp

Wehkamp has long been the market leader in home shopping in the Netherlands. Having already replaced mailorder with telephone ordering as its principle sales channel, the company has enthusiastically embraced e-commerce. By totally modernizing its infrastructure with Bull, Wehkamp has succeeded in fundamentally tranforming its business.

Hosting the Motor Trade

Autoline is a full ERP System for the automotive vertical. To be effective, Autoline has to be run on reliable, robust and high-quality hardware systems. To fulfil this function, ADP DSI turned to its existing IT supplier, Bull Information Systems. Specifically, Bull assisted ADP DSI in optimising the use of its data centre servers by ‘virtually’ dividing them into lots of smaller systems, each running independently but sharing the resources of the larger servers.

O Boticário: a continental-scale challenge

Bull provides all the IT systems and services as part of the turnkey communications solution along with telecoms operator Embratel, and is responsible for its design, integration, implementation, operation and maintenance.

As well as these tools, service levels have been defined to align with quality improvement targets, whether they relate to the aborted call rate, incident resolution times, criteria for determining how vital an application is to the business, or escalation times.
