HRBC is a Bull Group company dedicated to providing consultancy and implementation services for HR information systems. Today the company is a leading expert in ERP HR solutions, both in France and internationally. From strategy to implementation, and right through to third-party application maintenance, HRBC has in-depth knowledge of payroll, time management, training, career management, competency and performance development, and legal reporting... both in the public and private sectors. As an official partner of vendors including Oracle/ Peoplesoft, HRBC integrates their solutions across Europe and the Middle East. Bull is s recognised specialist in heterogeneous environments, where Unix, mainframe, Open Source and Windows® systems co-exist. Bull is therefore in a position to take full advantage of solutions from Microsoft®, which is committed to interoperability to facilitate the integration of its products with third-party solutions. The partnership between Bull and Microsoft® covers the entire value chain of the information system. Bull highlights decision-making and the Data Warehouse, large infrastructures and Extreme Computing. In terms of services, Bull covers the entire spectrum, from consultancy to operation, including systems support based on Microsoft® technologies. Among them, SQL Server® for Business Intelligence, Hyper-V™ for virtualisation, Exchange Server® for e-mail, Sharepoint® for collaborative applications and the .Net environment for application development.


Oracle is a partner with Bull for both database applications and middleware. As an Oracle Platinum partner, Bull has developed a technical and architecture skills center in France, complementing its team of consultants and developers. The specific skill-bases developed by the team are based principally on finance, logistics (including e-procurement), management of services, business and human resources.


Bull and SAP have developed a ’Green IT’ programme to optimise infrastructures and combine their R&D expertise in the Grenoble and Waldorf skills centers. In this way Bull defines complete technical architectures and supplies hardware platforms (AIX, Windows and Linux) for some of the largest SAP customers in Europe. In the services field, Bull is present along the entire ’Design, Build, Run’ value chain, from architecture definition, process definition, integration and deployment to hosting services, for which Bull is a certified SAP Hosting Partner. Bull consultants have developed extensive expertise in decision-making applications and Enterprise Performance Management, and is investing in partnership with SAP in the local authorities and healthcare sectors. All this expertise and Bull’s SAP skills centers make Bull a leading integrator of SAP solutions: ECC 6, Netweaver and Business Objects. Bull is also ’Channel Partner’ for ’SAP All In One’ and SAP Business Objects.


As the leading integrator for Baan/Infor ERP LN solutions in France, since 1990 Bull consultants have been involved throughout the entire ERP life cycle from front-end consultancy to optimising the solution and its development. In 2010, Bull strengthened its partnership by becoming ’channel Partner’, marking a new stage in development of the relationship between the two partners and consolidating their existing links by extending the range of Bull’s skills both geographically and in the scope of products involved. In addition to selling licences, Bull now offers real business expertise gained on the business software market for solutions integration and support in the extended fields of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SCM (Supply Chain Management). The contract also provides for extending the geographical scope of involvement since, beyond France, Bull will be able to offer Infor solutions in Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, North Africa and Madagascar).

Bull has also set up local partnerships with numerous other vendors, including Informatica, SAS, Citrix, Planisware and AMI Software, among others.
