IT Service Desk – Help Desk

The Bull Services Help Desk has a 7x24 toll free telephone number that is available to our customers to report incidents.

The Help Desk is designed to provide Level 1 support whereby each call is “triaged”, incident tickets created based on the type of incident and dispatched based on criticality. Our Help Desk tools track an incident throughout its lifecycle. Pro-active Incident Monitoring is also an integral component of our Help Desk Services. Our tools provide real-time fault detection, ticket creation, automated incident response, and root-cause analysis. Customers have the capability to view their information and generate reports through a customized web accessible reporting portal.
