  Outsourcing Professional Services

Bull Professional Services has the experience to assist you in bridging the gap between your business needs and today's newest technologies. Whether you need to integrate, expand, or build a new infrastructure, Bull Services can help you succeed.

Bull Services brings the technical expertise to all your IT projects using the Bull Services approach to consulting services. Bull Services has developed a repeatable methodology that is a four-phase lifecycle for technology projects - Define, Design, Deploy, Manage (DDDM).

The Bull Services approach - DDDM:

Define - During the Definition phase, Bull Services works with the management and technical teams within an organization to identify business requirements that drive a technology project. This phase also includes Discovery, during which unanticipated requirements or constraints are identified. Critical Success Factors are identified that are used to validate design decisions made later in the project lifecycle. Alternatives are identified, and solutions recommended to best meet the needs of the organization.

Design - During the Design phase, Bull Services assumes a design engineer role, using the requirements developed during the Definition phase as the underlying framework for architecting a solution. The results of this phase may be a list of technical or RFP specifications, or a complete technical design, depending on the project.

Deploy - During the Deployment phase, Bull Services can assist with complicated deployments as technical consultants, project managers, or as the actual integrator. In any case, Integris will see that resources are properly coordinated and scheduled to bring your project in on time, and on budget.

Manage - Once technology is in service, it enters the operational phase during which ongoing maintenance and management is required to provide reliable operation. Bull Services can assist with the development of network management and monitoring tools and processes to allow proactive control of technology resources.
