State of Michigan BI Solution: A National Showcase

Bull Services and the State of Michigan have partnered for the past decade to produce what is today the most sophisticated enterprise-wide Business Intelligence system in state government.   The system includes advanced analytics, data mining, data warehousing, and decision support capabilities, and contains more than 2.5 billion records.

The Michigan BI data warehouse was implemented first as a Medicaid solution, expanded to incorporate all of Michigan’s health care functions, grew to encompass other human services agencies, and is now a showcase statewide BI solution that includes Courts, Treasury, and Education.
